Reception

Jannell Stevens first started working with in the practice in 1985 and is the surgery's longest serving staff member. Her experience over the years enables her to expertly handle complex issues involved in General Practice Administration.

Angela Charlesworth , Janelle Foale, Anne Vander Hoeven and Kym O'Reilly are familiar faces at the front desk and are the voices at the end of the phone to assist you with any appointment or account enquiries. Angela assists in the administration side of the practice and Janelle Foale manages the Insurance Medical Reports.

Between the receptionists there is over 20 years experience in General Practice.

Receptionists regularly attend seminars and workshops designed to assist staff working in General Practice along with maintaining their CPR certificate. Often this is conducted in their own time and shows the commitment of a hard working team.
